Why orange orchards need mulching
Every fallen orange left to rot becomes a Queensland fruit fly (Bactrocera tryoni) breeding site. A single dropped fruit produces hundreds of adult flies within weeks.

The TPS side-shift reaches under the canopy where fallen fruit accumulates. The TOK and TOX process pruning waste at speed. Continuous mulching keeps the breeding substrate gone all season — not just at harvest.
